rootED Discoveries helps schools make sense of data and lead improvement with clarity and confidence.

Founded by Jennifer Strawbridge and Elizabeth Hackett, we combine data analysis, digital tools, and leadership development to guide educators through turning information into purposeful action.

With experience supporting traditional, charter, and alternative school settings, our team understands that meaningful data work looks different in every context. We prioritize listening, collaboration, and designing support that reflects the realities of each school and the students they serve - ensuring the development of positive, healthy data-driven cultures where information supports learning, reflection, and growth.

Our Story

rootED Discoveries began with a simple observation: educators are carrying too much without enough clarity or support. We saw the weight they held, and we also saw the exhaustion and the opportunity to streamline and foster their work.

Schools needed a partner who will honor their time and wisdom. What started as two women supporting schools has grown into an organization rooted in listening, collaboration, and designing support that meets the realities of real classrooms.
