rootED Discoveries helps schools make sense of data and lead improvement with clarity and confidence.

Founded by Jennifer Strawbridge and Elizabeth Hackett, we combine data analysis, digital tools, and leadership development to guide educators through turning information into purposeful action.

With experience supporting traditional, charter, and alternative school settings, our team understands that meaningful data work looks different in every context. We prioritize listening, collaboration, and designing support that reflects the realities of each school and the students they serve - ensuring the development of positive, healthy data-driven cultures where information supports learning, reflection, and growth.

    Jennifer has supported schools, districts, and state agencies through improvement planning, data analysis, and leadership development. She has led quantitative and qualitative studies, completed state level comparisons, and authored reports that informed high stakes decisions. Jennifer has partnered with educational leaders to deliver professional learning that builds practical skill and clarity, and she has helped teams establish routines that make data informed decision making part of everyday practice. She has also created analytics tools and dashboards that bring real time insight to instructional and organizational priorities. This experience has equipped Jennifer with the experience needed to help partners navigate complex information, strengthen their systems, and guide improvement efforts with confidence and purpose.

    Elizabeth has supported schools, districts, and education organizations through operational improvement, systems design, and coordinated implementation. She has streamlined processes, strengthened organizational routines, and led complex projects that required clear communication and dependable execution. Elizabeth has helped teams use data more effectively by designing operational structures and guiding consistent, data informed practices. She also leads cross functional work that brings diverse stakeholders together around shared goals and ensures initiatives move smoothly from planning to practice. Her experience enables partners to build reliable systems that support educators, improve outcomes, and sustain meaningful progress over time.

Our Story

rootED Discoveries began with a simple observation: educators are carrying too much without enough clarity or support. We saw the weight they held, and we also saw the exhaustion and the opportunity to streamline and foster their work.

Schools needed a partner who will honor their time and wisdom. What started as two women supporting schools has grown into an organization rooted in listening, collaboration, and designing support that meets the realities of real classrooms.
